Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to MZA Associates Corp (CAGE: 0VG59 ADDRESS: 4900 LANG AVE NE STE 100 ALBUQUERQUE, NM). The requirement is for the purchase of labor/services to be performed MZA employees as follows: The Contactor (MZA Associates Corp.) shall provide laser testing support by providing personnel with direct knowledge and hands on experience of the NanoAO Mobile Laboratory Trailer to assist with setup and operations of an outdoor 1km experiment of a pulsed laser system. As the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), MZA's expertise is required during the 1st field experiment of the system in a maritime environment to closely mimic the environment conditions aboard a Navy ship.This notice of intent is not a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to complete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered.Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 541715 and the size standard is 1000.
