- The Brooke Army Medical Center Health Contracting Branch (BAMC HCB), Medical Readiness Contracting Office - West (MRCO-W), U.S. Army Health Contracting Activity (USAHCA), Army Medical Command (MEDCOM), JBSA Fort Sam Houston, Texas intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price, sole source contract to Lantheus Medical Imaging, Inc., a Small Business (SB), under the authority of FAR § 13.106-1(b)(1), for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization. This requirement is forTechnelite® Generators Mo99/Tc99m and Xenon 133 Gas needed for the compounding of various radiopharmaceuticals within the Nuclear Medicine Pharmacy at BAMC, JBSA Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Award will be on or about 1 January 2026. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 325412, “Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing”. The Small Business Size Standard is 1,300 employees.
