The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Georater under FAR 13.106-1(b). This is a purchase request for subscriptions to VAO for a one year term with four option years.
