- The 82d Contracting Squadron, Sheppard AFB, TX intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price purchase order for WiFi supporting 368 TRS Ed Facility, Fort Leonard Wood Bldg. 1703 to Boingo Wireless, INC., 10960 Wilshire Blvd FL 23 Los Angeles, California 90024-3809, United States. The anticipated award date is on or around 25 Nov 2025.
The statutory authority which permits other than full and open competition for this acquisition is 10 United States Code (USC) 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b).
