Description
This is a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract using Far Part 12 and 13 Procedures.
Supple/Service needed: Extensive experience arranging and designing electronic sound design for a championship-level Drum Corps International World Class ensemble and a championship-level Winter Guard International Independent World Percussion ensemble. As the DOD-s premier marching musical ensemble, the Marine Drum & Bugle Corps sets the standard for musical excellence in the drum and bugle corps idiom. To uphold its reputation, it is essential to have a cohesive team of music designers who can highlight the extraordinary talent of its musicians, ensuring every performance meets the highest standards.
Qualifications: Familiarity with Sibelius music writing software, Apple Logic Pro 11, Apple MainStage 3, Omnisphere, Komplete Ultimate, and Sensory Percussion 2 Software. Possess a minimum of a Bachelor-s degree in music. Experience working as an audio engineer for FloMarching or similar marching band livestreaming services. Experience as a collegiate-level professor for music technology.
The government intends to award on a sole source basis to: Matthew Jordan, 7800 Shady Beach DRWhitmore Lake, Michigan 48189 under the authority FAR 13.106-1(b), the curcumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonable available.
