This is a Special Notice. The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to Comcast pursuant to FAR 13.302, Purchase Orders. All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and received on or before 10:00 am (ET) March 10, 2025. Point of contact is Naomi Collier Naomi.S.Collier@dea.gov. The proposed order is CABLE TELEVISION SERVICES FOR DEA TRAINING ACADEMY for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with COMCAST BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS, LLC, ONE COMCAST CENTER 1701 JFK BLVD PHILADELPHIA, PA 19103-2838. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334220. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
