This is a Notice of Intent to make a Sole Source Award for Cable Television Services to Cebridge Acquisitions, L.P. - c/o Altice USA, Inc., Fort Sill, Oklahoma
Description
THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENDED SOLE SOURCE AWARD. Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Sill, Oklahoma, intends establish an order from an existing franchise agreement with Cebridge Acquisition L.P - c/o Altice USA. 4272 W Houston Harte EXPY, San Angelo, TX 76901. This requirement is for continuing services of Cable Television service connections for the Fort Sill installation. The order will be issued against and will incorporate the terms and conditions of the non-exclusive franchise agreement issued to Cebridge Acquisitions, L.P. - c/o Altice USA, and will be for a period of ten (10) years. The franchise agreement is issued by IMCOM, DMWR, San Antonio, TX, and is administered by Army Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES). The franchise agreement provides the terms under which the Company is granted a nonexclusive, revocable, privilege to engage in the provision of a Cable Service for all US Army Installations and service locations, to include family housing, on Ft. Sill, Oklahoma ("the Installation" or "Franchise Area"). Services are to be provided to all residents of the Installation that request service, to include appropriated and non-appropriated funded subscribers. No additional Cable Television System operator shall provide service on the Installation without a franchise and any such additional franchise will contain the same or similar rights and obligations as contained in the current franchise agreement. The current infrastructure on Fort Sill has the capability to support one cable provider. Any questions pertaining to Cable Television Franchise Agreements for Fort Sill or another Army installation shall be directed to IMCOM, DMWR, San Antonio, TX.
