Description
In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 7.105-5(c) the Defense Information Systems Agency/Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization/PS8322, located at Building 3600, 2300 East Drive, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois 62225-5406 is issuing this notice of intent (NOI) to inform industry contractors of the Government-s intent to consolidate requirements which has been justified under Part 7.102.

Description of Requirement: This procurement is intended to procure brand-name, commercial off-the-shelf Axway software maintenance by consolidating requirements from delivery order HC1028-24-F-0485 and portions of contract HQ0034-19-C-0165 in support of the Defense Information Systems Agency/Joint Service Provider and Pentagon Force and Protection Agency. The period of performance is date of award through April 29, 2026. This is a base year and two one-year option periods.

This procurement is being conducted using commercial item procedures pursuant to FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 16.5. This requirement will be competed as a Historically Underutilized Business Zone set-aside on the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (NASA SEWP).

The North American Industry Classification System for this requirement is 541519, Other Computer Related Services (Information Technology Value Added Resellers). The Product of Service Code for this requirement is 7A21. This is a small business concern under the Small Business Administration size standard of 150 Employees.
