NOTICE OF INTENT
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. A DETERMINATION NOT TO COMPETE THE PROPOSED PROCUREMENT BASED UPON RESPONSES TO THIS NOTICE IS SOLELY WITHIN THE DISCRETION OF THE GOVERNMENT.
The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS and IMF) Contracting Department (Code 400), hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole-source, firm fixed service contract CRYOFAB INC, 540 N Michigan Ave, Kenilworth, New Jersey 07033-1023. The contract is expected to be awarded under FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i). The delivery date is estimated to be on or before July 15,2025.
This requirement is to provide Supply- CHD 425 Cryogenic Liquid Nitrogen Tank, 450 Liters Gross Capacity. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 332420 with a Business Standard of 750 Employees. The NAICS description is - Metal Tank (Heavy Gauge) Manufacturing. The Product Service Code for this acquisition is 3655 Gas Generating and Dispensing Systems, Fixed or Mobile.
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than July 7, 2025 (4:00PM Pacific Time).

A determination to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
