Aldevra - Preventative Maintenance - Inscription House Health Center
Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS), Kayenta Service Unit (KSU), Inscription House Health Center, Hwy 98 & Navajo Route 16, Tonalea, AZ 86044, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Aldevra for Preventative Maintenance on (2) SSC4500DX Units as required by the Dental Department, to be completed annually. The award will be an 8(a) Direct Award procurement awarded to Aldevra in accordance with FAR 19.800, whereas contracts may be awarded to the SBA for eligible 8(a) participants on a sole source basis. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than Aldevra may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Mr. Brandon Martinez, Contract Specialist, at Brandon.Martinez@ihs.gov by 1:00pm MST on Monday, July 28, 2025. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
