This notice has been updated as of 30 April 2025.
This Notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requiring the dissemination of information on proposed contract actions. This is a notice of intent to award sole-source contracts under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Baltimore District (NAB), intends to increase the contract capacity by $90M, to be shared by the six (6) contract holders noted below. The ordering period would be extended by up to twelve (12) months; the extension would be limited to the time required to award the Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) anticipated in SAM.gov pre-solicitation notice no.
