NOTICE OF INTENT
The Department of Energy (DOE) Portsmouth/Paducah Project Office (PPPO) intends to issue a noncompetitive contract with Louisiana Energy Services, LLC (LES). This contract will be a follow-on to the current Purchase Order DE-EM0002122. This contract with LES will have a period of performance of August 22, 2022 through August 21, 2027. LES will perform physical receipt as needed, storage, and maintain a uranium hexafluoride (UF6) holding account to facilitate transfers (Book and Physical Transfers) of UF6 from DOE to other entities.
