Marine Corps Installations-National Capital Region (MCI-NCR), Regional Contracting Office (RCO), Quantico, VA hereby gives notice of intent to award to Folsom Hotel Corporation, Inc. (DoubleTree) by Hilton Phoenix, (CAGE Code: 67VD3) on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b)(i), only one source reasonably available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
This procurement is to provide a conference space, break out rooms, and audio/visual accommodations that seats 150 people, from 4 February thru 6 February 2025. The applicable NAICS Code is 721110- Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels. Market research has revealed this contractor is the only source capable of providing the required items. Therefore, the government intends to procure this requirement on a sole source basis from Folsom Hotel Corporation, Inc. (DoubleTree) by Hilton Phoenix.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received within two (2) calendar days after the date of the publication of this notice will be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received because of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
