Description
The 5th Contracting Squadron (5 CONS) in Minot AFB, ND, intends to award a single source purchase order to provide updates/maintenance for the Giant Voice's system maintenance. There is currently only vendor known of holding the certified personnel for this system. Since there are no other authorized distributors for the mainenance of the Giant Voice's maintenance, 5 CONS intends to award a single source purchase order to the vendor that can fulfill this requirement. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other than Full and Open Competion as authorized by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) & 13.106-1(b). The anticipated award date is after 7 April 2025. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete informtation describing their ability to provide updates/maintenance for the Giant Voice's system maintenance. The deadline for submittals is 4 April at 12:00 pm Central Standard Time. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice soley within the discretion of the governement. Information received will be considered soley for determining whether to conduct a competetice procurement.
