• PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED.
  The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to Illumina, Inc., (CAGE Code 1WCS2), 5200 Illumina Way, San Diego, CA, 92122-4616 for Illumina reagents and consumables. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, [Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies of Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements].
  This notice will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration-s System for Awards Management website, [SAM.gov]. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the SAM.gov website to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about the acquisition. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing; and the Product Service Code (PSC) is 6640, Laboratory Equipment and Supplies. Vendors must be registered at SAM.gov to receive government contracts.
  This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement; and a proposal/quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Interested parties may identify their interests and/or capabilities statement to this requirement by contacting Contracting Officer Bryan Lane at bvlane@fbi.gov . Responses must be received by 9:00 AM (EST) on April 2, 2026. Only emailed responses will be considered.
  Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
