Tender are invited for The Alaska Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining, Land and Water hereby gives notice that the locator listed in this notice has recorded a mining location on land in which Alaska holds the mineral estate. The locator has applied with the state to convert mining claims into the following upland mining lease under AS 38.05.205(a) and 11 AAC 86.305.Holder: Phillip and Cami Erickson, C/O Alta Superior Services, 1850 W Schrock Rd, Wasilla, AK 99605 of ADLs 739008-739029 (PC 1-PC 22) Seward Meridian, Township 28 North, Range 8 West, Sections 1, 2, 3, 10, 11, and 12 in the Talkeetna Recording District to convert to Upland Mining Lease ADL 234650.Prior to issuing a mining lease, the state is required to issue a newspaper public notice of the leasing action and determine if there are any conflicting mineral right interests.
