The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than fulland open competition for an existing on-airport lease for the TransportationSecurity Agency that is expiring in Huntsville, AL at Huntsville InternationalAirport.
The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 3406ANSI/BOMA office area and 4 adjacent parking spaces. The space must belocated on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities,partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rentalconsideration.
To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by 10/6/2025.(Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must beaccompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a generaloffering of the space).
