  This requirement will be sole sourced to Life Technologies Corporation. The North American Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334516; Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing. The size standard for NAICS Code 334516 is 1000 employees. The delivery shall be within 120 days after receipt of the order.
  The FBI intends to negotiate with only one (1) source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, (Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements).
