This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to Award a Sole Source Modification for a Ceiling Increase under Contract 36C26120D0074. The Government intends to issue a sole source modification to Delmar Gardens of Green Valley Operating, L.L.C. per Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The modification will increase the ceiling of the existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract 36C26120D0074 from $7.5M to $9.5M to permit additional Community Nursing Home services to eligible veterans in the area.THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. However, interested parties may identify their capability or address any inquiries by responding to the Contract Specialist prior to March 26, 2025 12:00PM PST via email to Emily.Trinh@va.gov.
