DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC), intends to solicit and award Sole Source, Firm-Fixed-Price, contract with to one Large Business source, Biomet Microfixation, LLC.Biomet Microfixation, LLC. 1520 Tradeport DRJacksonville, Florida 32218The Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) has a requirement for two Zimmer Biomet Inomed head frames. The Inomed ceramic stereotactic headframe provides surgeons with a more complete solution for stereotactic procedures, particularly when using the Zimmer ROSA One Brain system.II. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 339112, Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. Size Standard 1,000.III. This procurement is being conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13 in accordance with (IAW) FAR Part 13.106-1(b) Soliciting from a single source. IV.
