This requirement will be sole sourced to Peak Scientific, 210 Littleton Road Suite 110 - Westford, MA 01886. The North American Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334516; (Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing). The size standard for NAICS Code 334516 is 1000 employees. Peak Scientific is a small business. The delivery shall be within 90 days after receipt of the order.
The FBI intends to negotiate with only one (1) source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, (Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements). Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement by 5:00 PM, (EST), 31 March 2025. Emailed responses will only be considered. No phone calls.
