Description
This is a Notice of Intent (NOI) to Sole Source a procurement under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) - Soliciting from a single source. Please see the attached Justification document.
This requirement is Narrative Intelligence Dashboard and training by PeakMetrics. The requested delivery date for the training is 15 September 2025 to 30 April 2026. The applicable NAICS code is 513210 - Software Publishers. The USMC Regional Contracting Office (RCO), Marine Corps Installations-National Capital Region (MCI-NCR) at Quantico, VA, intends to award a sole source contract to PeakMetrics, Inc, 777 S Alameda STFL 2 Los Angeles, California 90021-1657, United States
The MCI-NCR RCO intends to award this requirement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.”
This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Capability statements or quotes, if received timely, will be considered; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
