Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source ContractThis is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals.
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) intends to award a sole source purchase order with a base and four one-year options to Utah Division of State History for State Historic Preservation Office Data Sharing.Product Descriptions: Product Quantities:• Archaeological GIS system access, maintenanceand upgrade 4 each• SEGO Database Access 6 each• On-call archaeological records assistance 6 each
The proposed contract action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) 13.5, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement.The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) for this acquisition is 518210 Data Processing, Hosting, and Related ServicesThis is not a solicitation for competitive quotes, however, if any other interested party believes that it can provide the required products, it may submit a statement of capabilities. Capability statements must display sufficient detail and evidence to determine if the party has the ability to provide the required products. The statement of capabilities must be furnished in writing and emailed to Sandra.Driver@usda.gov and Nancy.Harris@usda.gov by April 1, 2025 at 11:00 am Central Daylight Time (CDT). The government will not pay for information received in response to this announcement.
A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
