Description
The U.S. Government currently occupies retail and related space ina building under lease that will be expiring. The Government is consideringalternate space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, thegovernment will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate spacethat potentially can satisfy the government-s requirements, as well as costs likelyto be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication oftenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productiveagency downtime. The Government-s desire is for a full service lease forapproximately 2,039 rentable square feet of Retail space for an Armed ForcesCareer Center for a term not to exceed five (5) years with Government terminationrights and located within a defined delineated area: Near or within a 5 mile radiusof North Perkins Rd. and E. Hall of Fame Blvd. in Stillwater, OK. Non-exclusive onsiteparking for eight (3) government vehicles must be provided for on a 24 hours7 days a week basis.
