The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease that will be expiring. The primary function of the space other than 1 person desk area is processing soil samples and concrete core testing. The Government is considering alternate space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. The Government's desire is for a full service lease for approximately 1000 rentable square feet of office space for an U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Area Office, for a term not to exceed five (5) years with Government termination rights and located with a defined delineated area; Near or within a 15 mile radius of East Prairie, Missouri. Exclusive on-site secure parking for four (4) government vehicles must be provided on a 24 hour 7 days a week basis. Offered space must meet Government requirements per the terms of the Government Lease. Interested respondents may inlude building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners. Representatives of building owners must include the exclusivity agreement, representation letter, listing contract or other executed agreement granting exclusive right to represent the building owner with their response to this solicitation. The space meets the requirements for Categorical Space Delegation under FMR 102-73.18 for testing laboratories and will be limieted to 5 years. Interested parties may contact:
