Description
The Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR), in support of the Multifunctional Information Distribution System (MIDS) Program Office (MPO), intends to direct a brand name subcontract for components (L16 RF Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) and Cryptographic Sub-System (CSS) CCA) from Collins Aerospace in order to support the production of the MIDS Weapon Data Link (WDL) Small-Form-Factor Weapons Attritable Radio Multi-Mode (SWARMM) Family 2 (SF2) and to meet specific technical requirements of the radio. The estimated value of this portion of this subcontract is up to $15M and falls under the authority of FAR 6.302- 1(c) - Brand Name.
