NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE

Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Eisenhower, GA intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract L3Harris Technologies Inc.
1680 University Avenue Rochester, NY USA 14610 for the following items: RF-7800W-OU500 - BROADBAND ETHERNET RADIO and RF-7800W-AT201 - ANT, 1FT PANEL The NAICS code is 334220. The L3Harris RF-7800W High-Capacity Line-of-Sight (HCLOS) Radio provides quick-to-deploy, long-range wireless broadband connectivity for military and commercial applications. With advanced waveform capability and MIMO technology that minimizes errors and optimizes speed, the Multimission Radio delivers high throughput data in both Point-to-Point and Point-to-Multipoint applications. Provides robust wireless broadband connectivity for fixed, at the halt, and on the move operations in vehicular, maritime and airborne environments. This will allow for fully secure data and traffic management, the sharing of near real-time, high-definition ISR video and data between mobile commanders and tactical edge forces.
Market research techniques included queries via the internet to obtain more detailed information about available systems. Based on information gathered from the search, L3Harris is the sole source of the supply. The authority for this non-competitive award is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Only one responsible Source.
