NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE:
(THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE)
The 27th Special Operations Contracting Squadron, Cannon AFB, New Mexico intends to award a single source firm fixed price contract to Clark Truck Equipment Co, Cage Code: 3G703, Address: 501 INDUSTRIAL AVE NE, Albuquerque, NM 87107. Clark Truck Equipment Co, is the only SAM registered small business within the customer's required 300 mile range, who has the capability to provide and install snow plow equipment on their existing dump trucks. This purchase will be made under 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1), FAR Par 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Please note that this is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing a complete description of their ability to fulfill this request. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered soley for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The closing date of this notice is 30 June 2025 by 1200 (Mountain Daylight Time).
