NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE:
(THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE)
The 27th Special Operations Contracting Squadron, Cannon AFB, New Mexico intends to award a single source firm fixed price contract to Acoustic Technology Incorporated, Cage Code: OJG14, Address: 30 JEFFRIES ST, EAST BOSTON, MA 02128. Acoustic Technology Incorporated own the proprietary alarm notification system that requires updates, maintenance, repairs and inspections. Only their technicians are licensed to work and maintain the equipment. Additionally, this requested service will include training for members of the 27 SOCS, allowing them to perform routine repairs and installation of external hardware components. This purchase will be made under 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1), FAR Par 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Please note that this is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing a complete description of their ability to fulfill this request. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered soley for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The closing date of this notice is 11 Apr 2025 by 1230 (Mountain Daylight Time).
