Description
The Federal Aviation Administration Logistics Center (FAALC), intends to award a single source contract to D & D Design & MFG., Inc.
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center proposes to acquire, under single source, Qty 2 Radar Stanchions for FPS.
In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System, AMS 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract with a selected source when it is determined to be in the best interest of the FAA. This procurement is single-sourced based on D & D Design & MFG., Inc. custom manufactured mechanical modification. This announcement is for informational purposes only and not a Solicitation/Request for Quote. This requirement will be awarded to D & D Design & MFG., Inc. and is not available for full and open competition.
