NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) intends to award a commercial Sole Source contract to:
Phillips Corporation, CAGE: 3MPQ0, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) only one source reasonably available.
This requirement is for Installation and Rigging of the HAAS 5-Axis CNC Milling Machine.
The contractor shall provide qualified personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform installation and rigging of HAAS equipment, specifically the 5-Axis CNC Milling Machine, ensuring it meets OEM specifications as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). In order to not invalidate the warranty, services must be performed by a HAAS certified technician.
The proposed contract action is for a Sole Source Firm-Fixed-Price contract under FAR Part 13
Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals and no solicitation nor RFQ will be forthcoming.
Responsible sources may identify their interest and submit a capability statement in response to this notice by March 21, 2025, 11:59 p.m. PST via e-mail to yesica.l.burrill.civ@us.navy.mil which shall be considered by the agency.
Information received will be considered for the sole purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government. - Documents:
