Notice of Intent to Sole Source
The Baltimore District of the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, 2 Hopkins Plaza, Third Floor, Baltimore MD 21201, is issuing a notice of intent to sole source an award to Aquatic Informatics, ULC located at, 601 W Hastings St Unit 1010 Vancouver, BC V6B 1M8, Canada to provide the required labor, and technical expertise required to maintain Water Information Management System (WIMS).
The Government intends to negotiate solely with Aquatic Informatics Per FAR 13.501(a), as no other source of supplies/service will satisfy agency requirements.
The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541511, with a small business size standard of $34,000,000.00. Determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations. However, responses may be submitted to Ayanah Savage, Contract Specialist by e-mail at ayanah.a.savage@usace.army.mil and Vincent Gier, Contracting Officer by e-mail at vincent.j.gier@usace.army.mil. Responses received no later than April 18, 2025 shall be considered by the Agency.
