Description
Arkansas Air National Guard, 189 Mission Support Contracting, Little Rock AFB, intends to issue a firm-fixed price, sole‐source, Purchase Order to Linner Motion, LLC, UEI: GTDWX1272LQ4 as the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to remanufacturer existing C-130 Flap Jackscrews.
The anticipated NAICS codes is 336413, Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing with a size standard of 1250.
The authority for this sole source is Federal Acquisition Regulation subpart 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Soliciting from a Single Source, which states, “For purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT), Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.”
This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation subpart 5.101(a)(1) requiring the dissemination of information on proposed contract actions.
This is not a request for quotes, bids, or offerors and unsolicited proposals in response to this notice will not be accepted.
Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.
Interested parties may identify their interest and sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill the requirement. Responses should be addressed to TSgt Ryan Bernaiche at ryan.bernaiche@us.af.mil no later than 30 April 2025.
A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
