Notice of Intent - 341 LRS TIRE DISPOSAL SERVICES
Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The 341st Contracting Squadron intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to REPUBLIC SERVICES INC., to support the 341st Logistic Readiness Squadron-s (LRS) disposal of four (4) tons of solid waste materials (tires) per month. REPUBLIC SERVICES INC., is the proprietor of the only landfill within the Great Falls, Montana area. Therefore, only REPUBLIC SERVICES INC., is capable of fulfilling this requirement.
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
