Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The 341st Contracting Squadron (CONS) - Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana intends to award, on a sole-source basis, a contract to Southwest Solutions Group Inc., to provide and install one (1) Stationary Weapons Rack Range, two (2) Mobile Carriages, 22 Universal Weapons Racks, two (2) Surface Mounted ADA Compliant Rails, and Carriage Lock for the 341 Logistic Readiness Squadron (LRS). Racks must be available in widths of 42 inches and 22 inches and fit 30 M16 rifles, 120 M4 rifles, 90 M18 Pistols, and other miscellaneous spare barrels.
Southwest Solutions Group Inc., is the sole authorized National Crane repair company in the state of Montana.
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
