Description
The 193d Special Operations Wing Contracting Office intends to award a sole source under authority FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B) firm fixed price purchase order for software maintance and updates on an already installed NINJA TRX System manufactured by Black River Systems Company (BRS). The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this effort is 334290 and the Product Service Code is 6350. The system and associated software is proprietary to BRS who is the sole source for providing system support and maintenance. No other support is authorized due to the already existing equipment.
Sources interested in the responding to the notice are required to submit a capability statement that includes technical data and cost informationwith sufficent detail-convincing evidence that clearly demonstrates the capability to meet the requirement. A request for documentation or additional information, that only ask questions will NOT be considered as an affirmative response. A determination by the government not to competed based on reponses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the governmnet. Information receieved will be considered solely for the purpose of determing whether to conduct a competitive procurment or to proceed with sole source procurment. Capability states are due on 4 September 2025, by 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.
