NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE ORDER. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The United States Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Pacific Region Office (PRO), intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price order with Titan Machinery (SAM UEI: XS4LKK3GS6N7), a Non-Indian Owned Business, for the purchase of a 2024 Case 721 ZBar Wheel Loader, with the attached specifications, under the authority FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. There is an urgent operational need and Titan Machinery can meet an immediate delivery date of 9/3/25 to zip code 57625. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 333120 and the Business Size Standard is 1,250 Employees. This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source only.
