NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE CONTRACT
The Air Force Research Laboratory Aerospace Systems Directorate (AFRL/RQ) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), Dayton, OH, has a requirement to obtain additional Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS).
The Air Force Research Lab Services Support Contracting Branch (AFRL/PZLEB), located at WPAFB, contemplates the award of a single source Firm-Fixed-Price contract for additional A&AS support to T3W Business Solutions, Inc. NAICS Code 541990. The projected period of performance is from 01 September 2025 to 01 November 2025.
Reason for Single Source Contract: A contractor without the knowledge, experience, and capabilities required could not successfully continue the program's current needs without a disruption of service, duplication of efforts, transition delays, and/or increased costs.
This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The government has determined that single source acquisition of this requirement is necessary to avoid adverse mission impact. The determination to competitively solicit this requirement based on responses received may occur at the sole discretion of the Government.
Responses to this notice shall be submitted via email to the contract specialist at ashleigh.bolen.1@us.af.mil by 8:00 am EST on 06 August 2025; only responses received by this date will be considered.
