Description
The Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region intends to acquire on a Sole Source basis the repair of an Altec AH100 Bucket Truck. Parts and repair services will be performed by Aerial Equipment Specialists, Inc., 8570 Valentia Street, Commerce City, CO 80022. (A copy of the Single Source Justification is attached to this notice.) The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement, which shall be considered by the Agency. Capability statements shall be emailed to the Contracting Officer Carol L. Hammans to hammans@wapa.gov and must be received NO LATER THAN 3:00 p.m. (MDT) on Monday, July 14, 2025, and shall include documentation on ability to satisfy the Government-s requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
