SPECIAL NOTICE: The Department of Homeland Security, United States Coast Guard, Operational Logistics Command (LOG-94) intends to award one (1) sole source purchase order on a basis of other than full and open competition (under FAR authority 6.302) to Sayari Analytics LLC for an analytic program subscription needed for USCG MIFC PAC, CA for Business Information & Corporate Analysis per scope of work
{SOW) that include the following:
1. 1 Analytical Program Subscription
The contract period of performance is: 7/14/2025
The contractor will provide all services per SOW. This purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with: Federal Regulation {FAR) Part 13.106-l(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000.
This sole source is pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304{c){l) implemented by the FAR Subpart 6.302-1 entitled "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements".
The NAICS Code for this procurement is 513210 Software Publishers. The PSC Code for this procurement is DA01 IT AND TELECOM - BUSINESS APPLICATION/APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT SERV. The procurement type will be a firm fixed price.
