Description
The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Cancer Institute (NCI), Office of Acquisition, Commercial and Strategic Sourcing Branch (CSSB) plans to procure, on a sole source basis, a modular, web-based, asset management software for the Center for Cancer Research (CCR). The NCI CSSB anticipates procuring this software from:

The response close date of the notice for this requirement is in accordance with FAR 5.203(b). This acquisition will be processed under FAR Part 12 - Acquisition for Commercial Items and will be made pursuant to the authority in FAR Part 13.106-1 (b)(1) and is exempt from the requirements of FAR Part 6. The North American Industry Classification System code is 541519 and the business size standard is $34-million.
The CCR core facilities under the Office of Science Technology Resource (OSTR) in the Center for Cancer Research (CCR) at the National Cancer Institute (NCI) anticipate renewing iLab Operations Software to support its operations. This modular, web-based, asset management software supports the operation of 5 cores in addition to other shared resources. iLab solutions provides a suite of web-based tools for research management. The functionality includes Core Facility service request management, enhanced sample management functionality, equipment reservation and usage tracking, billing and invoicing, reporting and lab requisitioning and spent tracking tools. The system also allows each user a consolidated view of their recent activity in the system as well as the ability to search across all equipment, services, and cores in the system.
