The Government contemplates award of a firm-fixed price contract, on a sole source basis, to Automated Logic Contracting Services for Building Management System (BMS) Preventative Maintenance, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
Sole Source Justification
Building management systems are currently installed at two Air National Guard bases in Connecticut. The current service contract expires 06/30/2025 and there is a continued need for preventative maintenance services. Market research determined that Automated Logic Contracting Services is the only vendor authorized to perform service on their proprietary systems.
Special Notice
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation package is available. However, firms that believe they can provide service that fully meets the Government's requirement may submit substantiating documentation to the identified point of contact within the specified timeframe. Such documentation will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to conduct a competitive procurement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
All responsible sources may submit a Capability Statement in accordance with this notice, which shall be considered by the agency if received by 3:30 PM EDT, June 20, 2025. The Capability Statement must contain material in sufficient detail to allow the Government to determine if the party can meet all the requirements.
