Description
In accordance with FAR 5.2, this is a notification of a proposed sole-source contract action to Aviat U.S., Inc.
The US Coast Guard, C5I Service Center, intends to solicit and award on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) to Aviat, U.S., Inc. located at 200 Parker DR STE C100A, Austin, Texas, 78728-1206, United States.
This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) - only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Aviat U.S., Inc. is the sole source capable of providing the required training services to U.S. Coast Guard. There are no authorized resellers.
All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Interested vendors may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact no later than (NLT) 01:00PM EST of Thursday, 29 May 2025.
A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for competitive quotes. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
