Description
The 122d Contracting Squadron, Fort Wayne Air National Guard Base, intends to award a sole-source, firm fixed-price purchase order to Eclypse International Corporation (hereafter known as Eclypse). This procurement is required in order to provide training on Circuit Analyzer Operation & Maintenance (ECL-OOA-00012) and Test Program Set (TPS) Development I (ECL-OOA-00017). This procurement is intended to be awarded as a sole source to Eclypse as they are the only authorized provider of training for their Automated Wire Test Set (AWTS) and related proprietary systems.
This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Soliciting From A Single Source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement.
