Notice of Intent to Award / Sole Source (Below SAT)
In accordance with (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), the Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility, Chinle, Arizona 86503 intends to award a non-competitive, sole sourced purchase order to BIOMERIEUX, INC for renewal service for Vitek 2 semi-automated Microbiology analyzer system #515896.
The anticipated period of performance includes the base year + 1st year option, this action is exercising the base year from 09/01/2025 to 08/31/2026, for annual renewal of Biomerieux Service Contract for Vitek 2 semi-automated Microbiology Analyzer System. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 334516 - Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement base upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
