Department of Energy (DOE), National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), Office of Partnership and Acquisition Serivices, is contemplating a sole source award to Brazen Technologies to provide virtual hiring platform software for the DOE/NNSA Human Resources (HR) Department.
The Brazen virtual online platform provides candidates with the opportunity register and create profiles for the event, be able to visit program booths, converse with hiring managers, view information for each of NNSA-s locations, and if interested, apply directly for jobs of interest from the virtual fair. Brazen provides account management and training support to customers and provides live event user support to all attendees, admins, and users. Brazen Technologies is the only virtual hiring platform that offers scheduled chats and walk-ins via their smart queuing that will stack and rank each candidate in line in real time. In addition, only Brazen can provide comprehensive data analytics and reporting capabilities to give valuable insight into engagement within your events, robust candidate data, and quality of 1:1 interactions. Most importantly, only Brazen Technologies offers microsites which provide separate sites where up to 3 different users can utilize the platform to host three different recruitment events on the same day. This function is essential to NNSA because it will allow different NNSA offices to host virtual hiring events simultaneously moving candidates through the hiring process more effeciently.
The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition of 41 USC 3304(a)(1), FAR citation 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
