The Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Burchfield Automation, L.L.C. (CAGE Code 3BH98) located at 60207 Camp Villere Road, Sidell, Louisiana 7060-4223. The requirement is for the purchase of the following: LINE ITEM 0001 PART NUMBER U000415 CLU-777 DESCRIPTION Integrated IMU/Stabilization, Diamond Rotary Joint and 24V operation. Unit will be made as light as possible without major design changes. QTY 1. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Burchfield Automation under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), only one source capable of meeting the requirement of the Government. The applicable NAICS code is 334511, Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing and the business size standard is 1,350 employees. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this notice, and must clearly show the ability of the firm to be responsive without compromising quality, accuracy, and reliability. Capability statements, comments, questions, or concerns regarding this notice shall be submitted via e-mail. A determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
