Special Notice SDA-SN-25-0020 - This is NOT a request for quote or proposal.
The Space Development Agency (SDA) intends to issue a sole source, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Time and Material (T&M) contract for COMSEC support, cryptographic key management, and cryptographic key delivery services to WebSec Corporation (3SGT3) of 41531 Date ST Murrieta, CA 92562.
WebSec is the only contractor with a Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) account currently operational with the capability to electronically receive key material from NSA-s KMI that also has the knowledge and expertise to modify Link 16 terrestrial keys into a space compatible format.
The contract period of performance will be for one base year and one (12) month option with a total estimated value of $1,100,000.
This contract award will be made under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10 U.S.C. 3204 (a)(1). Estimate Award Date will be on or before June 20, 2025.
