Special NoticeSpecial NoticePage 3 of 3Special Notice*= Required FieldSpecial NoticePage 1 of 3The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole source, firm, fixed-price bridge contract to TMobile For Government in accordance with FAR 6.302 Circumstances Permitting other than Full and Open Competition.NAICS code: 517112 Wireless Telecommunications Carriers (except Satellite) (SBA Size Standard 1,500 employees). Description of Services: The Task Order is for the VA Northern California Healthcare System (VANCHCS) for direct communication services with TMobile for Government for a base period of one year with two (2) one year option periods. The purpose of this term contract is to establish universal waste pick-up and disposal for the Department of Veterans Affairs - Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS). TMobile shall include 24/7, 365 days a year Technical Support and Service Maintenance contract for the communication device equipment purchased from T-Mobile, USA. In addition, service support shall provide OEM hardware parts replacement, remote diagnostics, software upgrades, and service requests as needed. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES AND THERE IS NO SOLICITATION. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
