NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - CORPORATE REGISTRY BULK DATA, MOODY-S ANALYTICS, INC
The Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract to Moody-s Analytics, Inc., under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2).
The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is 518210, Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Services, with a business size standard of $40M.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, interested parties may submit a capabilities statement to this requirement by emailing the Contract Specialist, Heather Payne-Waldock, at heather.j.payne-waldock@irs.gov, no later than 3:30 PM (EST) on 31 January 2025. Only emailed responses will be considered. All electronic correspondence shall have the subject line read: 5000208618 Corporate Registry Bulk Data. Submitted capability statements must contain material in sufficient detail to determine the party can meet all of the requirements identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
